ÆON Meiwa
From Mie Guidebook
ÆON Meiwa (イオン明和ショッピングセンター), more commonly known as the Meiwa Jusco (明和ジャスコ), or simply just "Meija" (明ジャ) if you want to sound like a local, is a major shopping mall in Meiwa run by ÆON.
It was opened in 2001 and is one of prefecture's largest shopping centers. It is the only major mall not located in northern Mie, and so it sees a lot of customers coming from both central and eastern Mie, particularly from the Matsusaka and Ise areas.

Directions
By Car
Route 23 in Meiwa, between Matsusaka and Ise. Hard to miss.
It's a little closer to Matsusaka, but it's just about halfway between the two cities.
By Train
From either Saikū (斎宮) or Myōjō (明星) stations on Kintetsu Yamada Line, you can catch a bus run by the town of Meiwa. The bus stop isn't terribly well-marked but it's right out front of both stations. The bus is small and pink so you should be able to distinguish it easily when it arrives.
Click here for the bus time schedule - note that the timetable on the left is for Saikū Station and the one on the right is for Myōjō Station.
Driving is truly the best option for getting to ÆON Meiwa though, as unfortunately the last bus leaving the shopping center heading back to the stations is around 6:00pm so you're pretty much limited to weekends/holidays.
